You’ve finally closed escrow - phew! - and you’re moving into your new home. You think that you’ve read every word of your home inspection report at least twice, but when you hear the weather report and it says that rain is on the way, something starts to nag at you. We’re not sure why this is a myth since it is so often true, but it’s quite common to find yourself looking for a plumber once the ink is dry.
