The City of Oxnard lies along the coast of Southern California, approximately 30 miles west of Los Angeles, CA. "I would like to thank Randy for his honesty on a problem I had on my rain gutters. After explaining how my gutters were overflowing on my second story and how I thought they needed to be cleaned.
